Diana Maltz is the founder of Zest for Life, a business founded in 1987 with the aim of helping stressed out professionals stay healthy. Through her many years in the health and wellness field, she can identify a person’s trigger points and then creates a customized program that will keep them healthy and stress free. Her goal is to ensure that her clients have the energy, focus and stamina to be a peak performer all day and then still be energized for the fun things in life.
Her passion is in empowering people to maximize the quality of their lives, to provide them with the tools to make smart decisions that will pay off now and in the future.
Three Group Health Topics:
- Back pain : The truth behind back pain explains how your thoughts(stress), choice of foods(inflammation), and nutritional deficiencies may be contributing to a “bad” back. Participants will learn some new approaches to some familiar stretches to add ease to everyday movement as well as exercise.
- Trimming your middle.. Tips to be trim and stay trim over the summer. This lecture focuses on the smart choices of what we eat, when to eat and how reducing stress impacts the goal of flatter abdominals. I will teach some new concepts of strengthening and flattening the abdominals through pilates/yoga type of exercise.
- Fighting your Hormones? This lecture explains what changes occur and how to make friends with monthly and life fluctuations. Whether it is PMS, Peri-Menopause or Menopause making healthy food choices, exercise habits, and relaxation tips can make significant changes in energy levels and moods.
