Losing 10 pounds sounds like a daunting task to many people
But the reality is that many of us need to lose that extra weight for our health and our appearance.
My ‘Just 10 Pounds’ Program makes weight loss simple.
Losing weight can be easier than many of us believe. It’s all about wanting it, self control, choosing the right foods, and exercise.
-
Food:
I recommend to all my clients to drink 2 Cinch shakes every day. These shakes contain leucine which will keep you full and provide you with all the necessary vitamins and nutrient your body needs.

In addition to these shakes I recommend eating 1 real food meal and 1 snack. This diet allows people to start adjusting their eating habits in a manageable way.
Not to mention the shakes are delicious and you can add fun things like Kale, Spinach, Blueberries, Strawberries, Mint, Cilantro to spice them up (they don’t need it but can be fun!)

Exercise
Exercise is another key component to weight loss. I recommend finding an activity you like and get moving for at least 30 minutes a day! Even if this is just dancing in your living room to fun music
Move!
Here’s some inspiration to help you along:
